Carbide Processors sells saw blades, carbide tools, and industrial cutting supplies. Their buyers know exactly what a blade should cost and what it should do, and the ad account is run with the same discipline.

A technical catalog spanning saw blades, router bits, and cutting supplies cannot be managed as one undifferentiated campaign. Some products support aggressive bidding while others only make sense at a strict efficiency floor. The structure had to encode those economics directly, so the account could hold a double-digit return year after year.

  • Encoded an explicit efficiency floor into every campaign, with target ROAS tiers from 200% to 600% written into the campaign names themselves
  • Ran category Performance Max campaigns: saw blades as the flagship at a 400% target, router bits at 350%, and a feed-only priority-products campaign at 450%
  • Tiered Shopping coverage with an all-products campaign at a 500% target, a low-bid campaign at 600%, and a legacy catch-all as backstop
  • Split brand into its own search campaign, and covered generic demand with dynamic search ads plus a competitor campaign

The discipline shows in the long run. Across the four full years from January 2022 through December 2025 the account produced $1.07M in tracked revenue on $82.9K in spend, a 12.9x return, from 4,163 conversions.

  • $1.07M in tracked revenue on $82.9K in spend, January 2022 through December 2025
  • 12.9x overall ROAS sustained across four full years
  • Brand search returned 35.9x over the last 12 months: $56.8K on $1.6K in spend
  • The saw blade Performance Max campaign drove $52.4K in the last 12 months at a 4.2x return, above its 400% target
